I’ve made a few (simple) updates to our home over the last few weeks, and I thought I’d share a few of those through some iPhone images I have taken. Most of these are just little decor accents I’ve added over the last few weeks.
If you follow me on Instagram, you’ll know that we’ve been working on updating our entertainment/bookshelf area for quite sometime. We are actually really close to being done with it. Living room
I found this pleated accordion floor lamp from TJ Maxx a few weeks ago, and it was such a good deal that I couldn’t pass it up. It quickly sold out, and then came back again. I’ll share another link at the bottom of this blog post, but can’t guarantee that it will be in stock forever. (I’ll share some other options for you, however.)
Here is a peek of the living room cabinets. If you want to see the entire thing, you’ll have to check back when we are done! Also, how cute is this little vintage inspired stool? This was a lucky find! I’ve been looking for ages for something with a vintage feel but without a hefty price tag. Once again, I’ll share a link at the bottom, but since this was a Marshalls find, it won’t be around forever. (I’ll include some more options at the bottom of this post as well.)
Sitting room
The main thing that has changed in the sitting room is my area rug. I am much happier with the quality of my new area rug, and I love the deep rich colors in it.
